Subjectivity of Taste:
Taste is a highly subjective experience that varies from person to person. Even with the same flavor, individual perception can differ significantly, leading to personal preferences. Therefore, it is possible that a purchased product may not meet your taste expectations, which is completely normal. To avoid this, we recommend initially purchasing the smallest available size of the product to determine if it suits your taste.
Opened Products:
For quality assurance reasons, opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Here's how returns or exchanges work:
You can return or exchange unopened products (with intact seal and closure) within 7 days from the purchase date. For devices and accessories, the items must also be unused and in their original packaging. For orders with complimentary items, the complimentary item must be returned along with the other items; otherwise, the value of the complimentary product will be deducted from the refund amount.
The return or exchange must be made within 14 days. The deadline starts on the day of delivery to us. After receiving the goods, we will inspect them. The purchase price will then be refunded, the replacement goods will be dispatched, or the return will be rejected. The buyer is responsible for the costs of the return or exchange (e.g. shipping costs, bank transfer fees).
Important:
Returned items must be packed in a shatterproof manner. Damaged products cannot be exchanged or returned.
